My name is Julie Garwood and I have worked at Tendacare for over 20 years. I really enjoy the care work and find it very rewarding.
A few years ago I decided I would like to take on more responsibility and so I joined the On Call Coordinator Team. This means I deal with all immediate needs when the office is closed. This varies from supporting Care Staff whilst they are out visiting our service users, to talking to new enquiries about commencing a care package.
When I'm not working, I spend time with my family and grandchildren.
