I am a care co-ordinator and have worked for Tendacare for 19 years. I have watched the business grow since I started but it is still small enough so all the staff know each other and the care staff know the office staff, which makes it like a family with lots of support.
When I started I was a care worker, driving round to care for clients at home, which I loved. As my role as co-ordinator I still do visits but when the office is closed I am there to give support to the care staff, answer the phone to clients and ensure everyone has their care visit in a timely manner.
I am married with three grown up sons and three grandchildren who all keep me busy as well. In my spare time(!) I love walking my dogs on Headley Heath.
