LOCATION: Leatherhead, Ashtead, Fetcham, Bookham and Epsom
SALARY: Salary 18k - 22k p.a
HOURS: 35hrs - 5 days p/week
DESCRIPTION:
Tendacare are currently looking to increase their Assessment and Review staffing levels to a team of 3 by recruiting a person who is experienced in domiciliary homecare. This would suit someone who is ready for a new challenge yet wishes to remain working in a rewarding care role and has experience in care planning.
We are a busy office based in Ashtead, well established for over 25 years providing homecare to the local community mostly to older persons or younger adults with physical disability.
The appointed person will have a diploma in Health and Social Care (or NVQ) to level 2/3, be able to organise their working day so they can conduct assessments in service users homes and return to the office to complete documentation. They will need to be a team player, have excellent communicating skills and the ability to produce high quality care plans with attention to detail.
